Our Commercial Project Partners Include
City of Washougal
For the City of Washougal, we upgraded the Social Services and Community Center facilities, enhanced park features at Hathaway Park, Hartwood Park, Memorial Cemetery, and Oak Tree Park, installed a Portland Loo, and completed essential repairs at Building D and the Permit Center.

Portland Loo: Installation of a Portland Loo outdoor restroom. Work included project management to remove trees and stumps, provide electrical and plumbing to site, cut and place concrete and asphalt for utilities.
Social Services Building: Upgrade all interior and exterior lights to LED. Install 3,100sf of luxury vinyl plank flooring and new cove base. Interior and exterior painting to include dry rot repair. Remove and replace 35 windows with like kind along with frames, seals, and trim.
Community Center: Move furniture to install 4,149sf of flooring and remove and replace cove base.
Hathaway Park: Install 350’ of 6’ tall cedar fence along with acoustic wall for sound deadening and gate for maintenance access. Install owner-provided bleachers. Remove and replace six doors at the Hathaway Park restrooms, hardware provided by the owner.
Hartwood Park: Install about 1,150 linear feet of split rail fence with concrete around posts, 13 signs and posts for disc golf and posts. Paint the West side of the red barn and apply an anti-graffiti layer. Remove weeds from the West side of the red barn and install fabric, barkdust, and plants.
Memorial Cemetery: Install about 500’ of vinyl fence per owner-provided plans. Provide traffic control.
Oak Tree Park: Fence the perimeter of the Oak Tree Park / Reservoir 6 site in the Lookout Ridge Subdivision in Washougal per the RFB.
Building D Garage Door Repairs: Demo existing garage doors and frame to fit the new insulated roll up door.
Permit Center: Extend wall at the top of the stairs and attach to the rafters by framing in, covering with sheet rock, and painting.
Evergreen Public Schools
For Evergreen Public Schools, we carried out extensive renovations — demolishing and upgrading portable classrooms, constructing new walls and replacing roofs, updating doors, windows, and countertops at Heritage High, installing a climbing wall, enhancing accessibility, and improving walkways and ramps.

Fircrest Elementary School: Interior demolition of portable classrooms to include wood paneling walls, plastic covered fiber ceiling panels. Coordination with mitigation contractor before installing new wall and ceiling insulation, vinyl wrapped wallboard and ceiling boards.
Cascadia Tech Academy: Build a 14’ x 8’ wall to include sheet rock, tape, texture, and paint. Remove and replace metal roof as needed with like kind and color in two locations. Install new water faucets, sinks, new plumbing, countertop, cabinet, and cove base.
Heritage High School: Cut in two doors at window location and demo the two windows. Provide the two doors with ½ relight, hollow metal frames and Schlage hardware. Remove the existing countertops in three classrooms and remove offsite. Patch sheetrock as needed. Paint three walls in each classroom.
Mill Plain Elementary School: Install climbing wall provided by District.
Evergreen High School: Install metal door with escape bar, metal landing and steps, demo and dispose of the center wall of portable, patch in ceiling grid with like kind and wrap center post, patch carpet. Remove, repair, and install new FRP as needed in the weight room. Repair sheetrock as needed and paint concrete/CMU wall. Replace cove base as needed.
Transportation: Remove temporary metal ramps from doors in order to saw cut concrete and asphalt walkway the width of the doors plus 2" on either side. Remove and dispose cut materials, prep, install, and finish new concrete for handicap ramp (edges bullnose and heavy broom finish for surface).
Burnt Bridge Elementary: Excavate and dispose of grass and soil to set forms, place and finish concrete. Labor to dig and remove soil and sod. Also, cut asphalt and install concrete. Remove, dispose, and replace the bottom section of the ramp and the existing concrete sidewalk.
Camas School District
We installed PTA-supplied buddy benches at Dorothy Fox School and Woodburn Elementary School, and at Camas High School, we prepped classroom floors, installed carpet squares, replaced built-ins and missing sheetrock, updated bookshelves, and overhauled the computer lab with new casework and patched walls.

Dorothy Fox Elementary and Woodburn Elementary School: Install PTA supplied buddy benches on playgrounds.
Camas High School: Prep classroom floor with a floor leveler and install carpet squares. Demo built-ins in two classrooms, install sheetrock that was missing behind old built-ins, mud, sand, and paint. Relocate bookshelves and install new bookshelves provided by the District. Demo and dispose of existing computer lab to include floor risers (steel supports and conduit) and casework. Install new case work to support cabinets, patch and paint walls.
City of Vancouver
For the Vancouver Police Department, we installed owner-provided evidence lockers.
Police Department: Labor and materials to install owner-provided evidence lockers, framing, sheetrock, and paint.
Norco Medical Supplies - Vancouver
We installed a firestop patch, constructed a fenced pad enclosure for liquid oxygen, installed a chain link fence, and set up 120 feet of security fencing.
Install firestop patch, fenced pad enclosure for liquid oxygen, and installation of chain link fence with privacy slats and a roll gate.
Security: Install 120’ of aluminum fencing for security.
C-Tran
We removed and disposed of an interior wall and two fuel island concretes, constructed smooth walking paths, and replaced concrete panels with new sub-grade and concrete per WSDOT specifications.
Shop: Permits, labor, and material to remove and dispose of interior CMU wall, grind and fill floor area. Remove and dispose of two fuel island concrete, grind remaining concrete to provide smooth walking paths.
Parking lot concrete replacement: Remove and dispose of several concrete panels. Install new sub-grade and concrete per provided WSDOT spec.
