When you work with Clark County Construction, you work with a team that is truly local. We were founded by Ron McManamy, Sr. back in 1992. Doug McManamy, Ron’s middle son, started working for his dad and eventually took over ownership of the company.

Our History
1992 - Clark County Construction, Inc. founded
Began placing concrete throughout Clark, and Cowlitz counties
2004 - Started offering conceptual designs, blue prints, and homes built from the ground up
2016 – Shifted services to focus on home remodels and ADA conversions to include turning single family homes into Adult Family Homes
Clark County Construction, Inc. was founded by Ron McManamy, Sr. back in 1992. Doug McManamy, Ron’s middle son, started working for his dad and eventually took over ownership of the company. Doug continues to run the business today.
Currently, his oldest son, Austin works for the company and Doug’s wife, Jessica, handles the day-to-day bookkeeping. This dedicated family has provided quality, professional, and customer service-focused work for the residents of Clark County, Washington for over 30 years.
